Grilled
Eel – Serves 4
2
eels (about 2 lbs.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish
¼ cup oil for basting
Preparation
1. Preheat grill to 375 degrees.
2. Wash eels under cold water until free of slime. Pat them dry.
3. Cut eels in pieces approximately 3” in length. Place them
on a greased baking pan.
4. Rub oil all over eels. Place the pan under the grill. Grill for
10 minutes on each side.
5. Transfer to serving platter and serve with lemon slices.
