William L. Hyde, Jr., is the 2008-2010 chair of DiRōNA. Bill is principal of Briarwood West Investments, LLC, and owner of Abacus/Jasper’s Restaurant Group in Dallas, Texas.

Antrim 1844's Smokehouse Restaurant, is located in the Catoctin Mountains of Central Maryland. The Smokehouse features French-American Cuisine with a historic ambience unique to only Antrim 1844. Shown in the photo is a rockfish creation by the Executive Chef Michael Gettier and prepared by Sous-Chef Ryan Nusbaum. The Smokehouse has been a repeat recipient of the DiRōNA award for seven years running.

Representatives from several new DiRōNA member restaurants attended the Awards Gala at the Plimsoll Club to be formally welcomed into the association.
