- Opening of the Conference by British Columbian dignitaries (TBD);
- Welcome from Chairman DiSalvo; introduction of Conference Chairs Posteraro/Arena
- Introduction of Conference Committee
- Business meeting
- Workshop: Dining trends for West Coast Canadian Cuisine, leadership, trends, food and wine pairings
- Lunch: Tojo’s (bus)
- Late afternoon: Reception and Culinary mini-Olympics featuring Vancouver Community College Culinary Arts students, judged by DiRoNA
- Dinner: Vancouver Community College Culinary Arts presents
- Entertainment by First Nation Aboriginal performers
- Canadian scholarship recipients presented

Tuesday, September 17
- Brief Business Meeting
- Transportation to Whistler
- Lunch: Bearfoot Bistro; Mission Hill Wines
- Dinner: Targeted Dine Around at selected DiRoNA award-recipient restaurants
Wednesday, September 18
- Board Luncheon/Meeting
- Grand Gala (with volunteers from Vancouver Community College FOH/BOH); dishes presented by Vancouver DiRoNA restaurant chefs
- Presentation of Hall of Fame Recipients
